Sewer Backup in Litchfield, IL

This sewer backup in Litchfield, IL was the result of a blockage in the line going out to the street. The homeowner contacted SERVPRO of Springfield and we were able to be on site within an hour. The contaminated water came from the shower and around the stool creating quite a mess.  It ran into an adjacent bedroom and living room resulting in contaminated carpet and padding that was removed and replaced.  The tile in the bathroom was cleaned and the "After" picture was taken just 5 days after the incident. The homeowner was very grateful for our prompt response!
