Flooring Removal

There are some times when the flooring in a structure is damaged by water and must be removed in order to dry the underlying structure.  In the case of the structure in the picture, flooring removal served two purposes.  First, the flooring itself was damaged and second, there were multiple layers of flooring below the hardwood on the top.  When there are multiple layers of flooring the moisture that penetrates it can become stuck and unable to be dried out.  This almost always necessitates demolition of the flooring.
