Walking through a Flood House

One of the best parts about being involved with the SERVPRO® family is getting the opportunity to see what other SERVPRO® franchises are up to. This SERVPRO® franchise set up a flood house on their property that they regularly flood in order to provide in-house training and certifications. They have different types of carpet/pad combinations, linoleum, tile and hardwood flooring in order to cover all the bases when it comes to teaching technicians how to properly dry each surface.

We had a lot of fun visiting with their staff and we look forward to visiting other franchises in the future.
